Ray is my first trainer and we do virtual home workouts over zoom. I feel myself getting stronger with each workout, and see the results... I look SNATCHED HONEY! Follow her plan, stick to her diet suggestions (I still gotta work on that haha) and Ray will get you where you need to go.
