Ray and I have known each other since high school. She’s always been my type of woman, a go-getter, an intellectual, a straight-shooter, funny as hell, compassionate, responsible, and accountable. These are qualities I didn’t even know I needed in a trainer. Ray is my first trainer and we do virtual home workouts over zoom. I feel myself getting stronger with each workout, and see the results... I look SNATCHED HONEY! follow her plan, stick to her diet suggestions (I still gotta work on that haha) and Ray will get you where you need to go.

The 6 week challenge was one of my better choices in life. The challenge introduced me to a lot of new cardio activity that you can even do at home. I liked how the intensity increased as the weeks went by, you could see your personal growth. I saw the weight lost each week. One of the best challenges I started and finished.

I am so happy that I linked with Ray and her NGMB program. She helped me develop a love for the gym/working out. I never dreaded going to workout with Ray. We focused on a different areas/body parts and every session was different. My favorite part is that we used more than just machines, we went to the track while also learning how use body weight for exercises. Whether you want to gain or lose, Ray and NGMB is the way to go!
